Hello! As you see the title, we are doing a Genius Hour Project soon! Genius Hour is where creativity happens and you get to be a genius for an hour! You can do anything in your project, but nothing dangerous. How you start is think of your passion and then start thinking in your head what are you going to do with that passion, and then start giving yourself questions. (ex. What am I going to do with my passion?). After your finished, share it with a friend! Or social media. The paragraph below shows what I'm going to do in my genius hour project.
What am I going to do with my passion?
What makes me upset?
Should I take it to the next level?
Well, the first question, I already knew what my passion was. Drawing! So I thought to myself, 'How can I draw things while I present? Will I use a projector or just change my mind?'. So I thought to myself, I also love animation, so I came up with computer animation! I found out how they do things using animation using YouTube and they use a drawing tablet and a fast-running computer.
But, I can't afford a drawing tablet and I found that it was at least $50, I showed to my dad and he said that I need a strong computer to deal the lag. So I was planning to save up, but I don't have enough to raise it.
So, today I thought about doing "white-mation", like claymation but using a whiteboard and draw things on it. I thought that it sounded simple and easy, it obviously needs a camera and a whiteboard. My back-up plan was using a sketchbook and do the same thing.
Well, here's my project and I hope you will get some inspiration.
