What I wanted to do on my Genius Hour was practicing my frame taking skills and practice drawing frame by frame by frame. Now, my achievements, they were: 1: Be in a quiet place. 2: Bring all the materials that I need and 3: Practice taking frames.
One thing did go well though, which was me bringing in all of my materials and at least I came prepared and I had bought things early for a start. My materials were: a camera, expo markers, extra batteries, and a whiteboard. These were the things that I needed for my project. The camera was for frame taking but since I didn't have a stand, I couldn't stay still so the frames were a bit blurry and some frames stayed the same. The whiteboard was fine and so were the markers. The camera had a few problems and that camera had sucked the life out of those batteries quickly as possible, so then I kept switching the batteries. The expo markers were for my whiteboard to draw on and draw frame by frame. The whiteboard was for the expo markers to use, it's really small though. Then I watch one video on how to create moving frames which was challenging since the person had done it on photoshop using a frame thingy.
What didn't work was was my frame taking skills using the camera and since I didn't have a stand with me and all, also the frames that I took was terrible and what confused me was one of the shots I took was sideways for some apparent reason and yeah, it felt horrifying and a little bit embarrassing. Another thing that didn't work was going to a quiet place, that was another one of my plans that didn't quite work because I didn't ask to go into the quiet room, which then left me in the classroom with noisy friends and classmates who were talking to each other and/or trying to help.
So this leads me nowhere in my project and I feel very angry and desperate for not following my own achievements which got me, again, nowhere in my project to start off...
