So yesterday was Genius Hour and we had a whole hour to work on it since yesterday was our field trip and we were going to be gone for the whole entire morning and afternoon. So I had that whole entire hour for me to start speeding things up a lot faster. My goals were to keep working on taking pictures and add the frames into iMovie and then play the whole thing. My achievements was that I need to listen to music so that I can keep focus and not get distracted, I needed to get past more than five frames, and I needed to have one whole hour so that I can progress faster in my project. But yesterday was a little bit unexpected!
Reflection:
I did achieve my goal because I have gone way past more than ten frames which was good and I have changed into three scenes for the last few weeks which was Pancake Man making an escape by getting out of the frying pan and then landing on the ground below him. That only adds two or three more seconds on my project which makes me upset, just a bit. But at least I felt happy when I played the movie. What went well was that I had finally switched scenes because of how I was stuck in that one scene where Pan Man was just on the frying pan and beginning to form into Pan Man. I did focus really well and I was listening to music which kept me, well, focused. I went nearly up to fifteen frames, I wasn't really counting but I'm for sure that I went up to fifteen frames. Yesterday was our field trip and we had a bunch of things to do in the morning until my teacher changed the schedule into a whole hour of Genius Hour and then into early lunch so then I was lucky to have that whole hour for me to start working quick. There were two things that didn't go well was that the whole iMovie only had fifteen seconds of presentation. Surprise! When I looked at the fifteen seconds thing, I felt agony coming inside me. Another thing that didn't go well was the smudges all over my white board, it wasn't really a problem but it is kind of annoying but at least it's invisible to the camera. Those were the only two really, nothing else.
The Genius Hour yesterday seemed exciting as I enjoyed myself watching my presentation. At least I'm progressing...
